We are looking for a rockstar lead that will join our Workplace Services team called The Roadies! As the lead of The Back Stage team you will conduct what happens “off stage”. The reason why there are no service tickets coming in is because your team is proactive and quick on their toes. No stone goes unturned when identifying areas for improvement within the 577K sf of space.
What you’ll Do
Effectively manage and lead Maintenance Coordinators and Mailroom Staff
Set and execute clear strategies for each functional category under your direct oversight; maintain ownership over team and the execution of specific functional categories such as –
- BMS Maintenance
- Office repairs
- Fire Safety
- Food services
- Furniture issues
- New hire desk setups
- Pest control
- Office supply inventory and procurement
- Printer maintenance
- Bed sheet and towel service
- First aid kit maintenance
- Requests for additional space
- Dedicated conference room requests
- Internal relocations
Develop policies and procedures that drive efficiencies
Research and implement a system for mail scanning, tracking and employee notifcation.
Demonstrate leadership in owning and solving challenging situations for the Workplace team or Spotify’s overall business
Able to adapt to changes in business or dynamic work environment through personal development or procedures
Consistently engage with Spotifiers
Skillfully develop and manage partnerships with internal partners (IT, Security, HR, Finance, Social)
Demonstrate project management technical and soft skills, including managing other internal partners
Have proven and recognized expertise in your area of focus

You have strong, outstanding verbal and written communication skills – As you will be required to communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors and other GWS team members your written and verbal communication skills must be of a business professional level.
