Quantitative Market Researcher – Growth Opportunities

What you’ll do:

  • Drive and execute our measurement and tracking of key metrics such as brand awareness, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Plan and execute market level research leveraging quantitative methods (e.g., large scale surveys) and are comfortable with running qualitative research to understand particular audiences or markets
  • Lead and collaborate on projects that generate insights for key business partners
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the globe to provide strategic recommendations based on insights and facilitate local insights initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Insights teams/individuals across the organization
  • Work from our office in NYC, working on research across our global markets (travel expected)


Who you are:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in market research, particularly with survey-based quantitative research
  • You are skilled in the necessary analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python).  Experience using Qualtrics and Tableau are preferred
  • You have experience leading survey-related research (e.g., questionnaires, advanced sampling and weighting strategies)
  • You can work with respondent or user-level data
  • You have experience bridging the gap between quantitative and qualitative data streams
  • You are able to provide structure and rigor to ambiguous problems
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills—you have experience leading projects involving cross-functional teams
  • You are inherently curious and go above and beyond if you find data taking you in interesting and/or unexpected places
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
