Project Manager Facilities Management

We are now looking for an excellent Project Manager that will join our growing Global Workplace Services team to help support our expanding business. You will work with business functions to collect workplace and services requirements. Develop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music. This role will be located in our Stockholm or London office.

What you’ll do

  • You will be overall responsible for Projects connected to the development of our Facilities
  • You will facilitate upper management meetings and collaborate with partner teams including Real Estate, Facility Management, HR, IT, Physical Security, Procurement, Legal, etcetera to support the decision-making processes
  • You will identify and address project risk areas, including logistical issues, timing, budget, and scope
  • You will incorporate workplace design and performance guidelines
  • You will oversee and track all Vendor Request for Proposals (“RFPs”)
  • You will interact and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
  • You will prepare/update project status, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • You will oversee the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions
  • You show a proactive approach to meeting client and project requirements and you always strive to deliver in a timely and cost effective manner
  • You demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology, as required for assigned projects

Who you are

  • You have extensive experience in Project Management within the facilities field
  • You have a degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
  • You have the ability to travel extensively, at least 30 % of working hours
  • You have experience from a pan-European or Global organisation
  • You have understanding of technical requirements and finances for a business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
  • You are familiar with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • If you have LEED, AIA, PE, PMP certification this will be advantageous
