Hey, here’s your chance to spend your summer as a Spotify intern and become an integrated member of one of our teams. When the fall comes, this gig might turn into a permanent position, given that you’ve already graduated.
For the Summer of 2020 we are among others looking for interns in these areas below. Please note that we might have more than one role within each area within multiple teams.
Our Roles Within Product Management & User Research – Stockholm & Gothenburg
We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to help define and drive product strategy and roadmap. You will help drive product requirements, design and prototyping process to discover a product solution to the business opportunity that is valuable, usable and feasible. You can´t decide what you love the most, tech, business or design. We want you to contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the product and mission. This means understanding and sharing the user’s pain with the business and the team so that they are both abled and inspired to help.
Courses: Civil Engineer, Analytics, Business Admin, Industrial Economic, Computer Science, Design, Social Sciences.
Skills: Project management, Analytics, Consumer research
We are looking for User Research Interns to design research on our products and users to have a true impact on the way the world listens to and experience music. You will define, plan and conduct research with Spotify users to deliver compelling insight to the product and design teams. We think you have some experience planning and executing both quantitative and qualitative research from school or other work and are familiar with different methods of the trade.You enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic, data-informed, creative environment
Courses: Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science or a related field
Skills: Different research methodologies, planning, scoping, analyzing and communicating research.
The Intern Gig
This isn’t just any internship! Our paid internship program will last for 12-13 weeks next summer starting in the middle of June, and you’ll get a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it’s like to be a Spotify employee.
For the Program we’re looking for enthusiastic students/recent graduates with a passion for audio and an ambition to go far, just like us. You should be at the end of your studies, graduating latest Summer 2021 or recently graduated from your studies. To be eligible for our internships you need to be based in the location of the internship, e.g. Sweden for a Stockholm based internship.
