Performance Marketing Manager, India

Spotify is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the band and drive our direct response marketing efforts in India. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing cross-platform user acquisition and conversion campaigns. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies.

What you’ll do

  • Digital campaign planning and strategy for large-scale, high-impact direct response initiatives
  • Build and manage Social, Display, Video, and Search campaigns for India
  • Interface with internal and external creative resources to manage campaign creative
  • Define requirements for ideal mobile tracking tools and measurement processes
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels to hit quarterly forecasts

Who you are

  • 7-10 years working in a strategic performance marketing role at a media agency or on the client side with proven track record for developing results-driven media plans for leading brands
  • You must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • You have demonstrated hands-on experience building, optimizing, and managing Performance Marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of the Indian media market with a strong network of regional & local vendors
  • Highly analytical and experienced in making data-driven decisions
  • You are familiar with CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI, and LTV KPIs
  • Experience in launching an international brand in India would be a plus
  • You have mobile experience, including In-App Purchase (IAP) and tracking tools (e.g.TUNE, Adjust or similar)
  • You are experienced with managing external vendor and agency relationships
  • You are a forward thinker with regard to the current and future direction of the mobile advertising landscape
  • You are an independent worker and are comfortable collaborating with a global team
