Spotify is looking for a talented Paid Social execution specialist to join the in-house Paid Social Performance Marketing team in our New York office. This role will report to the Paid Social Execution lead and support all aspects of acquisition efforts. In addition to ensuring flawless stewardship of campaigns across all platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest], the Paid Social Specialist will also manage all of the other logistics aspects of the campaign process. A desire to learn more about media, data and tech innovation is a must have for future growth in the role.  


  • Trafficking, QAing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across all platforms including:  Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest
  • Delivering campaign reporting in partnership with analytics team
  • Ensuring timely deliverables and strong performance against DR goals
  • Monitoring spend and volume pacing
  • Cultivating and maintaining existing vendor relationships and maximizing their potential 
  • Prioritizing initiatives leading to the greatest returns for the company
  • Developing a proactive learning agenda and innovative vision for Paid Social



  • 2-4 years of experience in Paid Social execution
  • Hands on experience working in native Paid Social platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest] and tech optimization tools [i.e. Smartly, Nanigans, 4C, etc.]
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Extremely data-focused with advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization skills 
  • Clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau)



  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
