Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a rockstar to join our team in Boston, focusing on Research & Development (R&D) recruiting. You will play a role in creatively identifying and engaging top engineering talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. Above all, you will be responsible for Spotify’s most meaningful asset – its people.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment in one area
  • Provide feedback to TA leads on how tools and systems can be improved
  • Demonstrate good domain expertise or shows a strong willingness to learn more about a certain domain
  • Positively promote Spotify’s employer brand
  • Source candidates for the open requisitions
  • Have strong interviewer acumen
  • Ensure that diversity is a part of the recruitment activities
  • Partner with HRGs and HRBPs in a proactive way
  • Seek to engage and learn as much as possible about the business and the roles connected to the assigned area

Who you are

  • You have experience working in a high volume recruiting environment
  • You have a strong technical acumen and understand the basics of agile development principles
  • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills
  • You know how to prioritize tasks and handle your time effectively
  • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Spotify has a unique and positive experience
