Graduate Digital Media Sales Planner, EMEA Partner Sales

This team is currently growing to cover more countries – so you will be part of this journey. You will be a reliable support resource who can anticipate our Partners needs. This role would work to enable our Partners to best represent our advertising sales within these countries. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

  • Support team with maintaining and closing sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Account Director and Client Services Manager in the Partner Sales team
  • Assist with customer media specification briefing, support with sales narratives and collect media assets
  • Forecast and reserve advertising inventory for EMEA Partner sales teams
  • Input and update advertising sales orders into CRM system
  • Maintain complete Insertion Order process with high level of integrity and compliance
  • Work with our Advertising Operations team to secure campaign delivery and monitor campaign performance
  • Deliver post campaign reports upon campaign completion
  • Liaise with our finance department on invoicing support

  • Work experience in media, marketing, technology or advertising
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken in English. German, Hebrew, Portuguese or other languages would be a plus
  • Must live in the UK and have a working Visa
  • A strong academic record of a 2.1 degree or above and ideally a BA/BSC degree
