Global People Experience Project Manager – Stockholm

We are seeking a People Experience (Px) Project Manager to work at Spotify’s HR department within the People Experience team.

The Px team is focused on running initiatives that showcase our employer brand, differentiate Spotify as a workplace, and enable Spotifiers to feel included and excited about life at Spotify.

The successful candidate will manage global projects that enable the Px team to deliver the best experience to Spotifiers, by rolling out programs that complement the events and employer branding offering, or add structure and operations support to the team.

You will be based in the Stockholm office, reporting into the Global Head of Px.

What you’ll do

  • This is an internal role, supporting the wider Px team by building effective structure, communications and sometimes technical tools that we need to deliver on the Px strategy at Spotify

  • Develop and deliver on projects with a strategic and service-minded approach, while being consistent with our values, and also integrating smoothly with other policies and approaches at Spotify

  • Drive decision making to ensure effective and timely delivery

  • Engage key stakeholders through the project delivery

  • Create and carry out project communications plans, ensuring high levels of engagement across the company

  • Partner with our Global Workplace Services team and support local Px team members with the build-out of Px areas of new offices

  • Re-brand and develop communications channels for the Px team to showcase their events and work internally

  • Structure an internal information source explaining the Px team and service/support offered to the organisation

Who you are

  • A senior communications professional with a focus on project management, or a senior project manager with a background in communications

  • Experienced in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Business-minded, analytical and passionate about the potential of leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders with aim of reaching a common goal

  • An excellent communicator, able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa

  • Have genuine interest in company culture, branding, communications and disruptive businesses

  • Enjoy working on both on a strategic and operational level – you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty

  • Understand the importance of being a true team player and you are a problem-solver

  • Keen attention to detail and highly organized
