HR Insights is responsible for HR technology and People analytics. This new role will be important in our journey towards world-class employee experience, automated HR service and groundbreaking people analytics. With data & insights to HR stakeholders, you will solve essential people challenges all through the employee life cycle, leadership and HR efficiency. The data insights you provide will be essential to operationalizing our people strategy.

You will lead a team of 10 HRIS and People Analytic specialists in both Stockholm and New York – all dedicated to HR technology and creating real business value with HR insights. We believe that you have led strategic data projects, are an experienced people manager and have an idea of were technology will add even more HR value the coming years.

What you’ll do

  • Drive our HR Technology Strategy

  • Unlock people data and further develop People Analytics.

  • Influence and apply tech solution to secure employee experience and HR efficiency.

  • Develop and optimize our HR technology towards world-class employee experience and HR efficiency.

  • Grow and lead people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and feedback loops

  • Implement, report and improve controls to meet our standards for information security, GDPR and IT General Controls

  • Lead external partner relationships and agreements, including financial forecasting

  • Work from our office in Stockholm

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in consulting and/or within an organisation focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action. Relevant experience includes analytics, management consulting, leading HRIS team or related fields.

  • You have deep understanding and passion for the future of HR technology.

  • You have a track record formulating strategies and successfully execute on them.

  • Experience in delivery of advanced HR technology solutions. (Workday is our platform)

  • Experience with data visualization

  • You have led a HR tech team

  • You have a deep understanding of HR processes and stakeholder needs

  • You are a curious learner and can engage yourself and others to lead change
