Digital Media Planner

Spotify is seeking an outstanding Sales Planner to join our EMEA Partner Sales team. This team manages relationships with Sales Partners who represent Spotify in Belgium, Turkey, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Slovakia. This role will be based in London. This team is currently growing to cover more countries – so you will be part of this journey. You will be a reliable support resource who can anticipate our Partners needs. This role would work to enable our Partners to best represent our advertising sales within these countries. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

  • Support team with maintaining and closing sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Account Director and Client Services Manager in the Partner Sales team
  • Assist with customer media specification briefing, support with sales narratives and collect media assets
  • Forecast and reserve inventory for EMEA Partner sales teams
  • Input and update sales orders into CRM system
  • Maintain complete IO process with high level of integrity and compliance
  • Work with our Ad Ops team to secure campaign delivery and monitor campaign performance
  • Deliver post campaign reports upon campaign completion
  • Liaise with our finance department on invoicing support
  • Report to Head of Partner Sales EMEA

Ideal Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and spoken in English. German, Hebrew, Portuguese or other languages would be a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role in media, advertising, or tech
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced at CRM and Order Management Systems with Salesforce, DFP or DSM preferred
  • Organized, driven, and focused with a keen attention to detail
  • Able to maintain multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible, energetic, and flourish within a dynamic start-up atmosphere
  • Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are highly collaborative and have strong written and verbal communication skills
