Digital Media Planner, Middle East & North Africa

We are seeking an outstanding Digital Media Planner (internal title: Sales Planner) to join our MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Partner Ad Sales Team. This team manages relationships with Sales Partners who represent Spotify in MENA. This role will be based in Dubai. This role would work to enable our partners to best represent our advertising sales within these countries. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver exemplary client service and serve as role model

  • Contribute to strategic activities for high profile accounts as needed with Sales Partners such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Business Marketing events, upfront pitches, etc.

  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives i.e.: collateral development, training exercises, product/process documentation & roll-outs

  • Liaise with our finance department on invoicing support

  • Deliver post campaign reports upon campaign completion

  • Support team with maintaining and closing sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Account Director in the Partner Sales team

  • Assist with customer media specification briefing, support with sales narratives and collect media assets

  • Forecast and reserve inventory for MENA Partner sales teams

  • Input and update sales orders into CRM system

  • Maintain complete IO process with high level of integrity and compliance

  • Work with our Ad Ops team to secure campaign delivery and monitor campaign performance

  • Report to Head of Partner Sales EMEA

Who you are:

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken in English. Arabic and/or French would be a plus.

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales support role in media, advertising, or tech, with a high degree of independence.

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented team player with demonstrated leadership skills

  • You have a creative and strategic approach to sales support, with excellent analytical and project management skills

  • You are experienced at CRM and Order Management Systems with Salesforce, DFP or DSM preferred

  • You have the ability to maintain multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • You are organized, driven, and focused with a keen attention to detail

  • You are able to prioritize multiple complex tasks, and strike a balance between offering consistent support to your Account Director and Partners

  • You are flexible, energetic, and flourish within a dynamic start-up atmosphere

  • You are highly collaborative and have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ideally you have a BA/BS degree
