Digital Content Builder – Premium

Spotify is recruiting a Digital Content Builder to help us streamline and craft promotional activities for our Spotify Premium brand. A Digital Content Builder is a technically skilled person who creates and updates web pages across multiple channels, including web and mobile sites, using Spotify Premium Content Management Systems across e-commerce, marketing and legal. The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent digital user experiences to prospective and existing customers playing a vital part in acquiring and retaining customers for Spotify. You will work with exciting partners and new products on high-impact global launches. Working closely with Engineering teams, you will be tasked with promotional and marketing activities as well as the content for all marketing channels. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for Content Management within the Digital channel

  • Be responsible for estimating effort required for content changes, communicate challenges and communicate with partners.

  • Work with other engineering squads to scope out operational work required for Spotify Premium campaigns as well as implement and improve Search Engine Optimisation for premium landing pages.

  • Provide guidance and support to business users and content authors in planning and optimising customer journeys, ensuring content is clearly presented and signposted

  • Use web analytics and work with insights and experimentation teams to optimise customer journeys, improve conversion rates and website goals and improve the quality of website content.

  • Work in cross functional teams to shape solutions and advocate for quality.

  • Help us build a premier e-commerce operations team and shape the future of the team.

Who you are

  • You have experience of working with Content Management tools.

  • You are great communicator.

  • You have knowledge of web accessibility standards and Search Engine Optimisation.

  • You have some web development experience and working knowledge of JavaScript, html and CSS.

  • You are able to meet deadlines on technical projects together with a variety of stakeholders.

  • You have an ability to work with the creative side of a business and an appreciation of front end web design principles.
