We are looking for a smart, kind and ambitious Reporting Specialist to join the Global Customer Care organization. Our team of analysts is responsible for the design and delivery of operational reporting for multiple lines of business. We have a real passion for turning information into insight, and are laser-focused on delivering reporting products that are accurate, timely and relevant.
What you’ll do
- Produce new and modify existing reports to meet the demands of a growing support organization
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports and insights to operations managers and other leadership
- Work with various teams across the customer service organization to understand their data needs and translate those requirements into quality reports
Who you are
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You love getting things done while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills
- You have experience working in some aspect of customer support operations or in a contact center environment
- You communicate unhindered in English in both in speech and writing
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
