CRM & Social Manager – MENA

Spotify’s Always-On Marketing team is looking for an Always-On Regional Manager to ensure alignment and collaboration across regions on both the production and distribution of engaging always-on content through Spotify paid and owned channels. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative hybrid with experience driving content initiatives forward from ideation to creation and distribution.

Who you are

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
  • 5+ years experience working on a Global Social Media and/or CRM team preferred
  • Extremely organized
  • Cross-functional thinker whose success is determined by growth goals defined for regions/markets
  • Media savvy (experience working with ad-tech tools is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of data, fact-based decision making skills
  • Show outstanding communication at all levels
  • Proven record of providing constructive feedback to enable teams to improve
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Confident dealing with challenging situations using a variety of channels
  • They understand the value of experimentation and use that as a foundation to prove hypothesis
  • Analytical skills, data interpretation, ability to create decks and present to broader teams

What you’ll do

  • Work backwards from regional Growth goals with both Marketing Analysts and Consumer Insights Researchers to apply data and context to our Always On programs
  • Leverage data to understand and sense leading signals for lack of growth, and carve out proactive strategy to prevent it
  • Work with CRM and Paid Social specialists to drive Always On regional strategy
  • Orchestrate weekly scrums for regions and markets together with the regional Analyst and CI lead
  • Work closely with the Global AMP and Retention Leads
  • Align all relevant departments to drive regional Always On Programs across the user funnel
  • Work with the Content teams to push the production of content forward.
  • Establish platforms for sharing regional wins, learnings and best practices
  • Work closely with the Global Paid Social and CRM teams to test new strategies, new content, and new campaigns based on learnings
  • Find new marketing opportunities by constantly keeping an eye on what’s out there
  • Act as a facilitator during content creation brainstorming sessions with different stakeholders
  • Work hand in hand with Campaign Marketers
