Consumer Insights Premium Manager

The Consumer Insights positions are the “voice of the consumer” to address key business questions and identify validated business opportunities. The scope of responsibilities is global. Additionally, this person will also be responsible for the brand tracker program. Specific responsibilities include playing a strategic partnership role for senior management and leveraging Consumer Insights.

What you’ll do

  • Drive research projects including design, execution, analysis, and recommendation
  • Assist marketing team to write clear research briefs
  • Develop a learning plan for the Premium Business
  • Lead thinking in design and partner with research agencies to execute
  • Develop reports and actionable recommendations and ensure implementation in the business
  • Manage and enhance the brand tracker program and also disseminate and implement actionable recommendations
  • Support brand tracker learning implementation for the Premium Business
  • Leverage holistic user understanding model approach and synthesize all data sources and integrate them
  • Identify quality agency partnerships for different cutting edge research tools
  • Build relationship with the global organization and bring best practices to the Premium Business  
  • Work from our office in Stockholm and report to the Global Senior Manager, Consumer Insights

Who you are

  • You have a few years of experience in marketing research or related field
  • You have a MBA within marketing specialization or similar
  • Client-side experience mandatory, preferably with a CPG/tech company with a state of the art insights organization
  • You have a deep understanding of music and have vast knowledge of genres, artists and various types of content
  • Interested in technology and abreast of new technology especially as it impacts content and music streaming
  • A strategic thinker with an independent mindset i.e. to think strategically at project level by understanding how results address overall business issue
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously
  • You have the ability and desire to travel
