Spotify is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to be part of the global Compensation and Benefits team. This is a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced international organization with great development opportunities. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music. This role is located in our NYC office and reports to our US Compensation and Benefits Lead.
What you’ll do
● Provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives.You will also work closely with the HRBP’s and leads of the business you support and provide them with relevant analytics and insights. ● Work closely with our Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers. ● Support compensation processes including the annual compensation review, promotion window, gender pay analysis, and many more! ● Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations existing Spotify employees. ● Work closely with our benefit partners and ensure the competitiveness of our offering in APAC and that all information is up to date and accurate. ● Play a key role in the annual review of APAC benefits, premiums and contracts.
Who you are
● At least 3 years experience from working in a Compensation & Benefits function. ● You’re able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast paced environment with changing demands. ● You’re able to embrace ambiguity and autonomy. ● A good negotiator with analytical skills ● A down to earth and passionate teammate with high integrity
