Business Marketing Manager India

The Role will steer all lines of Partner marketing including Business marketing, strategic marketing and creative solutions for advertisers and partners. You will develop go-to-market strategies for Spotify for Brands programs, products and tentpole events and help create high impact content and digital
experiences to support local business objectives.

What you’ll do

  • In line with regional and global direction, you will build creative Partner marketing strategies that will align with overall business goals to showcase Spotify solutions for business and marketing partners
  • Develop industry-facing integrated campaigns and programs (from experiential events, digital and social media) to create awareness and consideration for Spotify’s advertising solutions
  • Act as an expert on Spotify for Brands value proposition, building compelling sales marketing materials and presentations (including the general presentation, seasonal narratives, vertical narratives, sizzle videos, digital touch screen content, tentpole event messaging) and customising messaging for media agencies, creative agencies, brand marketers.
  • Build relationships for the work we do with creative and media agency partners
  • Partner with Spotify’s consumer, social and communications teams to to align on messaging and support omni channel brand campaigns
  • Provide regional expertise back to the global revenue org to support product development and strategic revenue planning
  • Identify key local trade organisations to partner with and act as Spotify’s liaison
  • Manage the creative solutions team in developing media packages and content-based solutions for our biggest advertising partners
  • Generate creative ideas, provide strategic consultation and collateral to assist sales team in RFP responses
  • Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, audiences and editorial content
  • Align with global partner solutions and partner sales team to share best practices

Who you are

  • Over 9 years experience in B2B marketing, Strategic marketing or a related field in India, ideally from the technology, advertising, or media and entertainment industry
  • You have managed teams and have experience engaging with teams cross-functionally across
  • different departments of an organisation
  • You are a team player and seamlessly works collaboratively with others
  • You have a regional approach to creative development, with a perspective on localisation to resonate with individual markets
  • Ability to deliver with speed in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
  • Understanding on the digital media landscape, key trends, and challenges for brand advertisers
  • You embrace Spotify’s values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll be working closely with senior internal leadership)
  • You have the ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
