Brand Manager, Premium

As a Brand Manager on the Premium Brand & Marketing team, you’ll play an integral part in the effective implementation of the Premium Brand strategy. 

You’ll join a fast-paced environment and cross-functional team, where you will lead brand-building initiatives of a broad range and serve as an overall ambassador of the Spotify Premium brand. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects across a range of Premium brand and marketing initiatives 
  • Create and develop new initiatives to add value to Spotify Premium outside of the core product 
  • Collaborate with Premium Business and central Marketing teams on the execution of Premium marketing campaigns including social, digital, experiential, development and production 
  • Collaborate with the Music Team and external artist teams on live events for Premium fans 
  • Partner with Brand Strategy, User Insights, Marketing Analytics, and Media Delivery teams to ensure all initiatives are grounded in a solid base of consumer understanding and structured to deliver data-driven results 
  • Help develop and manage brand toolkits and guidelines and ensure the Premium brand is used correctly in all marketing and communications across all Spotify markets 
  • Brief internal teams and external agencies to execute Premium Brand campaigns 
  • Communicate progress of the Premium Brand projects and proactively connect with other teams at Spotify, to build relationships and ensure alignment on priorities and goals 
  • Partner with Premium Insights and Marketing Analytics to monitor brand and marketing activity performance 
  • Manage and track budgets to ensure effective deployment and spend in line with forecast 
  • Manage supplier invoicing and payments 

Who you are: 

  • 5+ years’ working experience 
  • You are curious by nature with a fervent appetite for all things culture 
  • A positive, collaborative person, experienced in working with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to lead and develop teams to achieve objectives
