Artist and Label Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced coordinator who’s at ease working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Coordinator for the UK Artist & Label Marketing (ALM) team, you’ll assist in ensuring that every artist, manager, and label sees Spotify as their #1 partner.

This position is based in London reporting to the Head of ALM UK, who you will assist in day-to-day work. You will in addition also be the central point of coordination and support across a team of 10 executives, assisting their work in partnering with artists and labels, helping them find and grow their audiences through marketing initiatives, and educating the broader industry on how Spotify works.

What you’ll do

  • You will coordinate the team’s day-to-day work by keeping central tracking docs, actioning requests and sharing internal updates.
  • You will oversee meetings, take notes and share decisions with neighboring teams
  • Lead the teams’ internal finance and invoice systems, ensuring all vendors are set up and paid on time
  • Manage specific projects and approvals with our business partners, including labels and telco partners
  • With all core responsibilities covered, there will also be opportunities to assist the team more closely on artist marketing activations and events.

Who you are

  • You have experience as an assistant or coordinator, preferably in a music or tech company
  • You have a strong interest in music, culture, and technology
  • You are comfortable multi-tasking and coordinating a wide range of tasks
  • You’re a skilled written and verbal communicator
  • You are well organized, and enjoy organizing others daily work
  • Finally, you’re a great teammate, adapt well to change, and always have a positive attitude
